PSHE Intent Statement
PSHE allows our children to develop the knowledge and skills required to make informed decisions about their wellbeing, health, relationships and finances. At St Mark’s, we support our children to understand how they develop personally and socially, as well as to consider many of the moral, social and cultural issues they may encounter. These are all part of growing up and getting on (RSE). Children learn about their rights and responsibilities and recognise how they can play a positive role in contributing to the local community and wider society. This enables them to become confident, well rounded and responsible citizens.
